3d model: Ground Cut

Role Description: 3D Modeling, Animation, and Video Editing for Yellowstone’s Supervolcano.
Project: Inside Yellowstone’s Supervolcano.
Client: National Geographic U.S.A.

Developed 3D models, animations, and video editing for an interactive infographic exploring Yellowstone National Park and its iconic geyser, Old Faithful. The project required a balance between scientific accuracy and artistic representation, maintaining the high standards expected by National Geographic.

3D Modeling and Animation:
Created detailed 3D models and animations in Cinema 4D to illustrate Yellowstone’s geological features. Water behavior was simulated using RealFlow to accurately depict geyser eruptions.

Post-Production and Visual Effects:
Water and gas effects and other atmospheric elements were integrated in post-production using Adobe After Effects, enhancing the realism and visual impact of the animations.
